I was unable to visit Bulgaria due to the Covid19 situation, Mrs. Kunka Boneva (Kiki) led the whole buying process, untill the final notary deed, as a true professional. Her assistance after obtaining the property kept ongoing for which my humble appreciation. What a great person ! Sam
