Law real estate prices bring more potential buyers in Bulgaria
Bulgaria is one of the most preferable destinations among many Russian buyers. One of the major factors attracting Russian buyers in Bulgaria is the law real estate prices.An article in Rossiyskaya Gazeta say: “The Bulgaian properties worth up to 50 000EUR( 39 337 GBP) are about 80 % of the properties on sale , and it is very profitable to invest with these prices.”
Reported on figures released by Bulgarian Reals Estate agency “Bulgarian House ” Ltd, the most of the deals in Bulgaria are with Russian and British byers. The main properties in that they invest are renovated Bulgarian properties or very cheap rural houses which need renovation work.
The most preferable destination is Black Sea Coastline, specially the south Black Sea coast. Another destinations are the mountain resorts like Bansko,Pamporovo or mountain areas-Veliko Tarnovo region.
The most of the Russian property byers in Bulgaria are considering buying real estate overseas, as it has become more affordable and therefore opened up the market to purchasers in the middle classes.
