One bedroom apartments in Sofia just for 700Eur per sq.m.
As divergent for real estate in Sofia we can determine the last month of the year. Perhaps the most vivid trend in asking prices of properties in the capital is the return of the form of price levels for one-bedroom properties for € 700 per sq.m.For about a month, the drop of the prices of these properties amounted to about 5% of 711EUR per sq.m. at the beginning of December up to 677 Eur one month later.
Comparing with the prices of two bedroom apartments, these property prices are still stable, even the offering price is rising slightly with 1.2% up to 710Eur per sq.m during the last month.
The same tendency we can find with three bedroom properties with an average price increase of about 1% to 715Eur per sq.m.
As to the rental prices- despite the fall in the demand prices of one bedroom homes, their rental prices are increased by an 2,3 % up to 3,61Eur per sq.m.
The rental prices of two and three bedroom apartments decreased by an 1,8 and 1,5 % up to 3,25 Eur per sq.m.
