Our hotel was ranged among 100 - the best in the world.“RIU Helios” hotel in Sunny Beach received prestigious prize “TUI Holly 2008”- Moreto.net announces.
The prize was bestowed to Lychezar Todorov- executive director of the owner “ Tera Tur Service”. This was happened during the flamboyant ceremony in Berlin celebrating 40- anniversary of TUI.
The best hotels are chosen by tourists, TUI customers and inquiry. In this inquiry this year over 15000 vacation complexes was included from all over the world. Over half million guests have showed their preferences.
The one who was situated on a first line in Sunny Beach- hotel for first time was in the ranking. The prize is evidence of the professionalism of the management of a hotel “RIU Helios”, but as well it is evidence for the quality of the tourist’s service, the specialists in the craft claim.

As a recently married couple looking to give up the grind of 8-6 mon-fri rat-race lifestyle... but without enough money to actually do so at home in the UK. In order to view some of these properties, in the beginning, we were in talks with a number of different agents and even a lawyer!, but the only person who actually seemed to care about helping us find our dream home that was right for us (and not about taking our money), was a lady called Kiki from BulgarianHouse.com. So after coming home, now with a better understanding of what your money can buy, the different things to look out for and the vastly different regions of the country, we asked Kiki to assist us with our search. With this newfound knowledge and her help, we quickly condensed a list of 30 potentials down to just 2, and then after Kiki did some investigation into the legal side of both the properties, we made our choice. When it comes to customer service, she helped us every step of the way, from suggesting houses that offered what we were looking for to guiding us through the legal process and completing the sale. She has consistently delivered on her promises and has always been just a phone call or message away - Which actually helped alleviate a lot of the possible anxiety linked to buying a house in another country… Not to mention choosing to do right in the middle of the Brexit negotiations. To be honest, the whole process has been a breeze with her help and I would certainly recommend her and BulgarianHouse.com to anyone who is looking to do the same.
