Renovated Bulgarian properties attract many foreign buyers
It is summer again. Many foreign tourists prefer to spend their holidays in our country –Bulgaria. 90 % are going in the sea resorts in Albena, Sunny Beach, Golden Sands, Varna, Burgas, etc. and only 10 % still prefer our mountain resorts like Pamporovo, Borovets and Bansko. Admired from the beautiful nature, calmness and perfext places for holiday they combine their holiday with buying a property.Many British buyers are attracting by the renovated Bulgarian houses located in the mountain regions like: Veliko Tarnovo, Targovishte, Stara Zagora region and near the sea : Varna, Dobrich, Burgas, Elhovo, etc.
Many Bulgarian properties have been renovated according to the British standards. This is opportunity to investors who want to do up properties themselves or snap up a recently-renovated houses.

I can only reiterate what many have said before. I bought a house sight unseen and only had photos to work with. Kunka (Kiki) provided many additional photos and a video upon request. She has the patience of a saint when dealing with a never-ending barrage of questions. The purchase was completed within the specified timeframe (the first Brexit date) without any problems and Kiki is now helping me arrange for renovation work. I had to use a Power of Attorney to undertake the purchase and despite having to make an unexpected trip to Hanoi to notarize documents, all went smoothly. I would therefore recommend Kiki and her company without reservation and most likely will use her services again at a future date.
