The Association of the Bulgarian villages has recently accounted on an increased interest of buyers in rural properties. Their attention is concentrated mainly on purchasing properties located approximately 25 km away from a certain city. The most active rural property market is in the regional cities of Burgas, Plovdiv, Blagoevgrad, Lovech and Veliko Tarnovo.I typically do not write a review for anything or anyone, but the outstanding service I received from our Real Estate Agent -Kunka Boneva mostly called Kiki it is an exception. Her Company BULGARIAN HOUSE LTD deserved more stars. Kiki put quality over quantity when it came to helping me and my family and we secure a home. What I mean by quality is i was not just a “number” to her, she genuinely cared to get to know me and familiarize herself with what i was comfortable with when purchasing a home. Kiki was 100% professional at all times, patient with my asks, and knew each one step from the reservation contract, preliminary contract, setting up a company , finalizing the deal and now on going with their aftersales services!
