The spectacular Bulgarian Rose Festival 2015 is about to begin! Every year it is a major cultural event that attracts visitors from all over the world! It represents a variety of festive programmes, authentic folklore dancing, wonderful street parades, captivating Bulgarian music and many others. The region where this unique event takes place is named the Valley of Roses – one of the most adorable places in the country that is blessed with divine nature! It covers the central part of Bulgaria and it is as well the home of the world famous and extremely rare rose oil.
The rose fields around the magnificent towns of Strelcha, Karlovo, Pavel Banya and Kazanlak make the region wondrous and the fragrance of all these blossoming fields is astounding!
The local Rose Festivals also consist in electing the Queen of Roses – the most beautiful lady in the region. This event impresses with glamour and its beauty is mixed with the unique atmosphere of the Valley of Roses. It can make everyone fall in love with this entrancing Bulgarian region!
