If you are looking for new holiday home in the mountain resort Bansko- it is a very good option and very good investment!
The apartment is situated on ground floor and comes with total area of 50 sq.m from which the living area is 32,21 sq.m., veranda-18 sq.m. and a common part 6,45 sq.m. It is fully furnished and ready to move in or rent out. The complex is very close to the forest which gives you very nice and peaceful feeling. Crown Bansko complex was built i 2015 and has very convenient location - 400 m from the Gondola lift, 6 km to the town of Razlog and 10 km from Pirin Golf. The complex offers direct mountain views, bordering the National Park Pirin.

I can only reiterate what many have said before. I bought a house sight unseen and only had photos to work with. Kunka (Kiki) provided many additional photos and a video upon request. She has the patience of a saint when dealing with a never-ending barrage of questions. The purchase was completed within the specified timeframe (the first Brexit date) without any problems and Kiki is now helping me arrange for renovation work. I had to use a Power of Attorney to undertake the purchase and despite having to make an unexpected trip to Hanoi to notarize documents, all went smoothly. I would therefore recommend Kiki and her company without reservation and most likely will use her services again at a future date.
