This large house is in a very good condition and needs just some decoration inside in order to provide excellent living facilities. It provides a living area of about 160 sq m plus a lot of additional buildings.

Ground floor
There is a corridor (12 sq m), a living room with a kitchen box on the left (20 sq m) and a bedroom (20 sq m) on the right. The floors of the corridor and the bedroom are wooden and the floor of the living room is earth (clay), covered by carpets.

First floor
An outside stairs made of stone lead to the first floor. It has a spacious corridor (20 sq m) and two nice bedrooms (20sq m each) on the left and right. All the floors are made of thick wood. The ceilings are made of wooden beams.

Out buildings
On the ground level there are several additional buildings, which provide living area as well. There are an entrance room with a kitchen box (16sq m), a living room (20sq m), a summer kitchen (25 sq m) with beautiful oven inside and a basement compartment (40sq m), which has big potential to be turned to a tavern. The floors of the entrance room and the living room are covered with wood and the rest are on the earth (clay). Next to these buildings there is a bathroom (8 sq m). The toilet is situated outside, in the yard.

Extras
There is a garage (24sq m) with a canal inside and a very large barn (100 sq m) made of stone and wood, which can be easily converted to an outside tavern. There is a second entrance to the yard through a wooden gate and wooden shed.

The property
It is a two-story house situated at a corner plot of 1000 sq m. It borders two asphalt roads. The fence is made of stone. The house is close to the center of the village. It is a big house with many additional buildings in the yard and beautiful garden full of fruits and vegetables, as well as fruit trees.

Location
The village is situated in a calm area, about 40km east of Shumen and about 60km west of Varna. It is a big village with all facilities provided: shops, coffee shops, pub, pharmacy, policlinic, and dentist. There is an artificial lake near the village, as well as a small river.

We can certainly recommend this company. They are profesional and extremely helpful. You hear many frightening stories of foreigners getting ripped off in Bulgaria by rogue agents and con men. The owners of this company could teach the English estate agents a lesson or two in customer care. Nothing is too much trouble to them. The whole buying experience went extremely smooothly. They took care of setting up bank accounts for us, both personal and the required buisness account. Registering the property and sorting utility bills.
