A wonderful traditional Bulgarian house is available in the municipality of Smyadovo, Shumen region. The beautiful town of Smyadovo is illustriously situated on the northern slopes of the Eastern Balkan Mountains and close to the Golyama Kamchia river. It is about 100 km afar from the coastal city of Varna as well as the International Airport. The town has access via a main road that directly connects it to southern Bulgaria. The nearest towns in this region are Dalgopol (38 km), Veliki Preslav (23 km) and Varbitsa (45 km).

Shumen is the nearest city located at a distance of 27 km far from the property. The town has excellent transport connections to the adjacent settlements and there is a railway that is part of the line Shumen–Komunari. The driving distance to our prominent sea resorts (such as Golden Sands and Albena)is about one hour. The proximity to two dam lakes makes this region excellent for fishing.

The neighbouring property is also offered for sale and thus the total area of the combined yards covers 2350 sq.m. When buying both properties, the price is upon comment.

The nice and maintained house offered for sale by ‘’Bulgarian House’’ has brick construction and trimmer joists. It consists of three large rooms, one smaller room and a spacious corridor.

Its total built-up area is 90 sq.m and the landscaped yard extends over 750 sq.m. There is a basement situated under the rooms. Important advantages of this lovely house are the additional outbuilding consisting of one room, the stone stove and a glazed summer kitchen. The roof was repaired last summer and there is a shelter with roof-tiles. The toilet is external. Modernization and refreshment are needed so that you can make the property fully ready to live.

We can certainly recommend this company. They are profesional and extremely helpful. You hear many frightening stories of foreigners getting ripped off in Bulgaria by rogue agents and con men. The owners of this company could teach the English estate agents a lesson or two in customer care. Nothing is too much trouble to them. The whole buying experience went extremely smooothly. They took care of setting up bank accounts for us, both personal and the required buisness account. Registering the property and sorting utility bills. During our search for the right property in Bulgaria, we dealt with many different estate agents and without doubt these were the most helpful and friendly. Unlike UK estate agents where you get met at the house of your choice and ten minutes of their time, with Bulgarian House, you are driven around a range of houses within your given budget. We have now owned our house for just over a year and in that time we have turned to Bulgarian House for help and advice and they always act on our requests. We would certainly recommend paying them to project manage any work as they can be trusted and it is worth paying what we have found to be amazing value for money. In summary we trust them 100%. I would say try Bulgarian House first and you won\\\'t want or need to try another agent. Steve & Ann. Lancaster, England
