We are selling a Bulgarian-style house in the village of Blaskovo, the largest village in the Municipality of Provadia, which is 60 km away. from the city of Varna and 15 km. from the town of Provadia. history
The old name of Blaskovo was Salla /from Turkish: "salih" means clean, nice, good/. During the cultivation of the land, Greek and Roman coins from Mysia and Thrace, fragments of clay vessels and ceramics dating from the 4th century BC were found in the area. to the 19th century, which testify to the existence of a large wine market.

In the village there is a primary school, community center with library, town hall, post office, grocery stores, cafe. It is fully water-supplied and electrified. The roads are in good condition. There are two dams nearby - Snezhina 5 km from the village and Tsonevo - 30 km. The local people are mainly engaged in agriculture - viticulture and winemaking are traditionally developed in the region. Samples of the soil in the village were provided to foreign specialists and after conducting research they were categorical that there is no pollution in the soil, which is the first condition for the production of quality grapes and wine. Furthermore, the inspection found that conditions were similar to those in Burgundy, France.
Thanks to the winery and the agricultural company working the land, the village is developing very well. Currently, 17,000 acres of wheat, canola, barley and sunflower are cultivated. Ecologically clean wheat and rye are sown on an area of ​​500 decares.
