Country house with garage and plot of land located in a big village near the Danube river 65 km northwest of the City of Pleven, Bulgaria. The house is located near the main street and is less than 50 meters away from a small grocery store and bus stop. The main building has two floors connected via external staircase. The ground level holds corridor, big living room with kitchenette and storage room. Over the stairs outside one can go to the second floor where terrace, corridor and three rooms are situated. There is also a small annex attached to the side of the house. There one can find a living room with kitchenette and another premise used as bathroom. The garage is located further away in the yard. It has two storage rooms beneath which were used as place to keep firewood, construction materials and gardening tools. The property had been empty for a few years now and thus requires a good cleanup and some renovation. The village where it is situated is on the banks of the Danube river and Romania is just across from here. It has several shops, gas station, post office, mayor`s office, café-bars. The village is located 18 km away from the nearest town of Oryahovo. There one can get on the ferry, cross the river and go to Romania. The climate in the area is very nice and moderate. The soil here is very fertile and one can grow many fruits and vegetables in the big yard that comes with the house. There are already several big fruit trees such as cherries, apples, sour cherries, walnuts. There are also a couple of vines as well as a flower patch. A few kilometers away from here one can visit a chateau where world known local wine is being made. The village pier is 2 kilometers away from the house. Along the banks of the river one can enjoy fishing and photography. The center of the village and the upper districts provide great panoramic views deep within the territory of neighboring Romania. There is also a famous cycling route passing through the area. Cheap rural property with lots of potential and good location at a fair price.
