The house is brick built one and has area of around 100 sq.m. It is brick built one, but it is not in good condition and needs total renovations. It is connected with water and electricity supply, but roof is not in good shape and also some cracks on the walls. It has three rooms and a corridor and also a basement on the ground floor.But For those who want to build their own idea of home it is ideal option as they can use the spot of the house . From one side of the property there is a garage and from the other side there is a huge outbuilding that can be converted into a livable space as well.
View is picturesque….so lovely. Gives you peaceful and relaxation …you can see the dam lake Yastrebino and also the beautiful fields.
