Old country house with barn and vast yard situated in the outskirts of a quiet village 30 km away from Vratsa, Bulgaria. The house has two floors. The ground level holds corridor, kitchen, living room and basement. Over the solid external staircase one can go to the second floor. There are three bedrooms, corridor and spacious terrace here. Just next to the house one can find the structure of a small annex. This area was intended to be a spacious bathroom with separate toilet and fast access from/to the inside of the house. For various reasons it was never finished and is left in its current state. The annex can be easily completed as the main structure is ready and it requires the masonry and interior works. Not far away from the house is the barn. It is a solid, one-level building with plenty of covered area divided into several premises. In the past this part of the property was used as storage area and yard where the animals used to live. The plot of land is surrounded by solid wall from the front and with wired fence from the sides. The garden provides huge amount of nice, arable land with very good qualities. The soil here is very rich and is great for agriculture.
