Montana is a nice city in Northwestern Bulgaria situated 38 km away from the mountainous city of Vratsa, 150 km away from the Sofia International Airport and 109 km away from the capital city of Sofia itself. It features an abundance of interesting places to see and to visit such as the Montana Antique Fortress, the Historical Museum and a beautiful art gallery.

Just a few km away from the city of Montana you will find the nice and big Ogosta Dam. It is an excellent place for fishing, hunting, outdoor recreation and camping. This Bulgarian region is ideal for rural and eco tourism development! The lovely spa resort of Varshets is located nearby. It becomes more and more popular due to its opportunities for relaxation!

I can only reiterate what many have said before. I bought a house sight unseen and only had photos to work with. Kunka (Kiki) provided many additional photos and a video upon request. She has the patience of a saint when dealing with a never-ending barrage of questions. The purchase was completed within the specified timeframe (the first Brexit date) without any problems and Kiki is now helping me arrange for renovation work. I had to use a Power of Attorney to undertake the purchase and despite having to make an unexpected trip to Hanoi to notarize documents, all went smoothly. I would therefore recommend Kiki and her company without reservation and most likely will use her services again at a future date.
