We would like to present to you an old but nice and well located house in Bulgaria! It is an extremely cheap property situated in the scenic Razgrad region. The village where the Bulgarian house is disposed , has really lovely nature and stunning scenery.

The diversity of natural landmarks is definitely its greatest asset! The inhabited place stands in Northeastern Bulgaria. It is part of the Municipality of Kubrat and it is situated approximately 12 km from the town of Kubrat, 26 km from Razgrad, the regional centre; 50 km away from the town of Tutrakan hence the Danube River (the border with Romania), 154 km from the city of Varna, the sea capital and the Varna International Airport.

The village is charmingly nestled in a pretty valley. Right in the immediate vicinity there are more than seven beautiful and well kept caves the longest of which is the Dolnoto Tavanche Cave (128 m). Other well known caves are the Araba Cave (77 m), the Imanyarskata Peshtera Cave (56 m) and the rest of the caves are a bit shorter.

All of them add to the uniqueness of the region. This settlement where the cheap property is offered for sale, includes amenities for holiday stay and for all-year-round use. It is accessible throughout the entire year. Local amenities include some shops, a post office and bus lines to the adjacent settlements.

The low-priced rural house comprises of two spacious floors with an accommodation of 100 sq.m. The first floor holds just one premise and the second floor features two rooms with a corridor. The house near Razgrad comes for sale with a large plot of land comprising an area of 2000 sq.m approximately. A vineyard is also located in the garden.

The piece of land also features several functional farming outbuildings, two basements and an external toilet. Besides, the garden itself is very well adjusted especially for apiculture! Buying property in Europe from the other side of the world, presents all manner of difficulties, even before one factors in the current martial law in Philippines , and Brexit ( for a UK passport ) in Europe. I had previous experience of buying in Bulgaria, and already knew a number of local agents. Kunka, I came to know about a year before I finally managed to make the return... she admitted that the extraordinary set of circumstances I faced, took more than a little understanding, since they seemed unbelievable. Nonetheless, she neither flinched, nor blinked, and with utmost patience, helped me through not only the purchase, but a whole heap of other problems. Both she and Hristov were kindness itself, and always stood ready to assist. Not only were they very capable as agents, and professional in every way, but their assistance has been extremely welcome, given the immense difficulties faced. With experience of agents here and internationally, I'm happy to offer the highest of recommendations for their professionalism , help well beyond the terms of house purchase, and for their sincerity and friendship.
