Kardam is a village in Northeastern Bulgaria, part of General Toshevo municipality, Dobrich district. It is located 35 km north of the town of Dobrich, 14 km from the municipal center of General Toshevo and 5 km from the Bulgarian-Romanian border.

A modern wind farm with a capacity of 12.6 MW is being built on the territory of the village.
