It is situated in the south-eastern part of Bulgaria at a distance of 22 km from the district center of Yambol, 30 km from the town of Elhovo and 120 km from the city of Burgas where the nearest airport is situated. I can only reiterate what many have said before. I bought a house sight unseen and only had photos to work with. Kunka (Kiki) provided many additional photos and a video upon request. She has the patience of a saint when dealing with a never-ending barrage of questions. The purchase was completed within the specified timeframe (the first Brexit date) without any problems and Kiki is now helping me arrange for renovation work. I had to use a Power of Attorney to undertake the purchase and despite having to make an unexpected trip to Hanoi to notarize documents, all went smoothly.
