The beautiful village has an elevation of 460 meters and its population is approximately 270 people. There is a dam lake 17 km far from the Bulgarian house and this makes the region suitable for water sports such as fishing, sailing and swimming. The place is wonderful for your family holidays and excellent recreation!

In the dam lake can be found the following types of fish: speckled trout, sturgeon, chub, rudd, sheatfish and carp. Besides, about 18 km west from the nice village in an illustrious gorge of the Arda river you can find a very attractive historical landmark called ‘’The Devil’s Bridge’’ (Sheytan Kyupriya in Turkish) that was built in the late Middle Ages.

Another culturally significant tourist attraction you can find in the vicinity (36 km north-east from the property) is the massive tourist object Perperikon which is a beautiful cultic rock complex. It pertains to the list of the National 100 tourist objects.

There is also a nice and interesting fortress named Krivius that was built in the 10th century with the aim to protect the region near the Arda river in the Eastern Rhodopes. If you adore sightseeing, this is most probably the right spot for you!
