The proximity to a dam lake, a majestic mountain (location at the foot of the Balkan Mountains) and a crystal clear river makes this place wonderful for fishing, hunting, golf, going to the beautiful beaches and eco tourism.

The resort village offers the services and amenities you need so that you can live permanently here, not only during your great holidays: supermarkets, a kindergarten, restaurants and cafes; a big and modern library, pubs, a large stadium and a cultural center. The bus transport is regular and the GSM coverage is good here.

The lovely house near the sea occupies total living space of 84 sq.m and its vast garden plot extends over 1170 sq.m. The sole floor consists of an entrance hall, two spacious living rooms, a bedroom, a children’s bedroom, a kitchen and a bathroom with WC. The well presented house was renovated in 2013 and the overhaul consists in plastered walls and floors (stucco), PVC joinery, new wiring and plumbing, armoured entrance doors, new roof (which covers the veranda) and bars on the windows.

The rural property disposes of a fenced yard, a fireplace, a parking lot and a water drill. The exposure is south, east and west and the house has permission to use granted. An asphalt road facilitates the access to it even in heavy snow. It is ready for permanent living. From this house you can enjoy incredible mountain views!

We can certainly recommend this company. They are profesional and extremely helpful. You hear many frightening stories of foreigners getting ripped off in Bulgaria by rogue agents and con men. The owners of this company could teach the English estate agents a lesson or two in customer care. Nothing is too much trouble to them. The whole buying experience went extremely smooothly.
