The beautiful seaside property is in a quiet village, located in close proximity to the golf riviera of Bulgaria and the endless beaches of the Northern Black Sea coast, where guests can still discover beautiful nature, romantic sunsets and admire the endless expanse of the sea.
The village has a town hall, grocery stores, a bistro, a guest cottage with all amenities. A chapel is to be built. The nearest doctor's office and the nearest school are located in Balchik.
