We are offering for sale a cozy house situated in a village not far from Chirpan city between Plovdiv and Stara Zagora.
The house represents two storey house with living area of around 120 sq.m. On the first floor there are a big corridor from where you get into three very spacious rooms. In one of these rooms there is a water connected , so it will be suitable for converting into a kitchen…kitchen with living area.
Marble internal staircase leads to the upper floor where there are three wide , spacious bedrooms. The property is represented in good stable condition. It is stone and red bricks built one. In habitable condition. But yes- it needs modernization and renovation work in case to be in more comfortable. The village house is supplied with electricity and running water.
Next to the main house there is additional premise where there is a wet room and bathroom.
