What we offer you this time for sale is this big Bulgarian house 15 km from Montana and 100 km to Sofia, with very nice architecture. It has been built up in 1940‘s. The property has two floors and consists of :
Ground floor: living with dining area, corridor and old bathroom. Internal wooden staircase leads to the 2nd floor where there are three bedrooms, closet and a small balcony with marvellous views towards the mountains, forest and neighbour. In good weather from the house is opening very nice panoramic view towards area more than 20 km away. The house needs some renovation work as it has been empty for several years.
The property comes with big, spacious garden that spreads over 2275 sq.m. It is separate on two yards- front yard with some flowers and a small vineyard, and back yard. Near the main building there is another outbuilding.
The property is very good investment. It is located very close to the end of the village and offers peaceful and relaxation.
There are an old football field and small park not far away. The centre of the village is within 5-10 minutes walking distance. Exploring the wilderness and taking photographs or collecting fresh herbs, blackberries, wild strawberries, raspberries, mushrooms and walnuts while enjoying the sun and the clean fresh air will become one of your most beloved activities in this region.
