We are glad to offer for sale two lovely rural houses with much living space. They are located in a friendly village close to the nice town of Yambol. The distance is 5 km only. The International Airport which is situated in Burgas is 100 km afar from the house. As far as infrastructure is concerned, the village is well developed and it is ideal for constant living. I can only reiterate what many have said before. I bought a house sight unseen and only had photos to work with. Kunka (Kiki) provided many additional photos and a video upon request. She has the patience of a saint when dealing with a never-ending barrage of questions. The purchase was completed within the specified timeframe (the first Brexit date) without any problems and Kiki is now helping me arrange for renovation work. I had to use a Power of Attorney to undertake the purchase and despite having to make an unexpected trip to Hanoi to notarize documents, all went smoothly. I would therefore recommend Kiki and her company without reservation and most likely will use her services again at a future date.
