The two-storey coastal house has an accommodation of 108 sq.m as the first floor features three rooms and an entrance hall and upstairs there are another entrance hall, a terrace and three more spacious rooms. Both floors are connected through external stairs.

Electricity and water are supplied inside and outside the dwelling and the livable condition is good. However, the interior requires a lot of modernization and improvement. As far as structure is concerned, the house is very solid and the roof is well maintained – there is no danger of leaks.

The greatest advantage of the spacious and cheap seaside house is the huge garden plot with an area of 1247 sq.m where you can find a whole diversity of fruit trees and trellis vines. They make the Bulgarian property look so attractive and lovely. If you would like to settle in the countryside near the adorable Black Sea – do not hesitate to do this!
