The village of Rogachevo is located 25 km north of the city of Varna, 23 km from Varna airport and 4 km from the resort of Albena. 12 km away is the city of Balchik, famous for the palace of Queen Mary, a rich botanical garden and a picture gallery. Two professional golf courses and a golf school are located nearby. To the west, the complexes border the "Batova" reserve, rich in game and suitable for hunting tourism. Today, about 300 people live in Rogachevo. Officially, there are 200 local residents with address registration in the Balchik village.
