This old but nice and very cheap rural house is disposed 30 km away from Yambol and 75 km away from the Saravovo Airport in the city of Burgas (less than one hour drive from the property). The area where the village is located is non-industrial and the nature is incredibly clean and beautiful! The village in southeastern Bulgaria lies close to the town of Straldzha at the foot of the Bakadzhishki Hills.

This region is known for rich history and significant archaeological monuments dating back from various ages. A lot of settlements, necropolises and fortresses were found in the vicinity. The countryside abounds in illustrious sites that offer ultimate possibilities for hunting, fishing and respite far away from the overcrowded cities!

Here you will definitely find the incredibly peaceful lifestyle that is hardly possible in the large inhabited places. The settlement is suitable for constant residence, as well. It is well connected to the surrounding towns and villages as the bus transport is regular and the most essential amenities are available in the village.
