We are glad to offer you this cozy Bulgarian home for sale that stands 40 km away from Vratsa and 150 km from Sofia capital and nearest airport. The property has total living area of 140 sq.m and garden of 1400 sq.m.
The house is on two floors. On each level there is three spacious rooms. On the ground floor of the property there are storage room and a basement while on the upper second floor you will find corridor, spacious living room and two bedrooms. There is also an attic space which can be converted into usable space. Next to the main house is attached a small summer kitchen. There you will find dinning room, kitchen, living room and a bathroom. Behind these two buildings there is one more an old building ( storage) that was used as workshop and tools shed in the past. Once a week the market is a gathering place for the locals especially during spring and autumn when farmers have abundance of fresh products for sale. The primary school serves a couple of other villages as well but the number of children is not very big so they don`t make too much noise. In the local post office one can pay the utility bills, send and receive mail, parcels, etc. The grocery store and café-bar offer a place where you can get a drink, buy some food and also serves an important social role as a place where one can meet with the other villagers, socialize and learn the language. Just a few meters from the property one can find a small stream and pine forest. On the other side of the village, a small lake suitable for fishing awaits keen fishermen. About a kilometer away from here passes an important international road going to the Danube river and Romania. The distance to the ferry crossing is about 50 km. At about 40 km to the south is the regional center Vratsa. The near village of Borovan (10 km away) is the local council center and offers administrative services, emergency room, dentist, library, bank branch with ATMs, regular bus transport to many villages and towns in the area, police station, pharmacy, several shops and café-bars, restaurant, construction material store, gas station, etc. An old rural property with nice location and lots of potential at a good price.
