Kardam is a village in Northeastern Bulgaria, part of General Toshevo municipality, Dobrich district. It is located 35 km north of the town of Dobrich, 14 km from the center of General Toshevo and 5 km from the Bulgarian-Romanian border. And 37 km from the sea coast.
The village has a primary school, a community center, a kindergarten, a doctor's office, an Orthodox church, numerous grocery stores, a post office, a town hall, etc.
