Our next offer for sale is this small rural property located in a village 60km away from Vratsa city and 30km from Kozloduy town. Distance to the Danube river and Romania is only 20km.
The house has one floor and comprises of living room, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom, basement and a corridor. All this disposed in an area of 150sq.m. The property is partly renovated. It has new bathroom inside, fully equipped; floor insulation, new concrete floors and terracotta in the kitchen; walls are plastered just need to be painted; there is also integrated local heating system (the pipes were put in place). The wiring and plumbing are also new. New septic tank.
Next to the house there is a summer kitchen that consists of dining room, kitchen and bathroom. Big priority of the property are the farm buildings that can be restored, renovated, etc. garage for your car is available.
Asphalt road leads to the house. Garden is 1000sq.m vats.
Surrounding area is very nice. The property is located not far away from the center of the village and only 50m from the nearest shop.
The village where the property is located is one of the biggest in the area. It is a municipality center and offers many administrative services as well as gas station, regular bus transport, library, school, several shops, bars and restaurants. A big river passes near by the village. Romania and the Danube river are about 25 km away from here.

There are (minor) extra legal steps taken in Bulgaria to complete the process and all of it must be done in Bulgarian and with the help of a lawyer. Here Kiki being an expert and having everything worked out professionally, means this will also go quickly and easily. I feel like I snapped my fingers and it was over because of Kiki making everything so easy for me. I now own my dream country home that my family and I will love to fix up and enjoy. Kiki went an extra step to send updated photographs to me, and I was so pleased to see there were extra rooms in the house that I had not seen in the listing, and lovely buildings on the edge of the property which I am thrilled about. From this process I feel like I got more than I paid for because of the extra service that Kiki offers her clients. It would be unthinkable for me to buy from anyone else and we are already looking at other properties for the extended family.??A note about buying remotely: times have changed. Because of the health scare, many businesses went exclusively online.
