Small country house with plot of land and magnificent panoramic views situated in a nice village near river 20 km away from Vratsa, 11km from Mezdra, Bulgaria and 80 km away from Sofia. The property is situated near the center of the village. It is on the main road so the access is easy during the whole year. The property consists of a small house, another building used for storage purposes and 770 sq.m. plot of land. The house has two floors connected via external staircase and has living area around 100sq.m. The ground level holds lobby, bathroom, kitchen and living room. The second floor has corridor, two bedrooms (master bedroom and smaller bedroom (presumably for a child)), closet and terrace. The storage building is located next to the house. It comprises of three big premises which can be transformed into kitchen with BBQ area, dining room and workshop/storage room. This building is a single level structure. It needs some additional work in order to be used as living space. The house itself is solid and in relatively good condition. It needs some renovations most of which would be for the purpose of bringing the place up to date with modern day living standards. The windows in the kitchen and the living room downstairs have been replaced with modern double-glazed PVC windows. The owners are now cleaning the house and removing most of the excess stuff from inside and leaving just some of the furniture. The property offers great panoramic views looking straight at the Ritlite rock formation which is one of the most famous tourist sites in the area. The village where this house is situated is nice and quiet. It offers several shops and cafe-bars, regular postal services, bus and train transport. The bus stop is just 50 meters away from the house while the train station is about 10 minutes away by foot. From the station one can get on a train to the capital city Sofia (about 90 minutes away from here), the regional center Vratsa (30 minutes away) or the municipality center Mezdra (10 minutes away). The vicinity of the village is extremely beautiful and provides great conditions for a variety of outdoor activities such as fishing, swimming, climbing, hiking, cycling, cave exploration. Within 15 km radius from the village one can visit a number of famous tourist sites connected with the country`s rich history and culture like monasteries, historical monuments, museum, natural park and more. Great property with unique views, nice plot of land and lots of potential waiting for new owners.
