This rural house is now available in a peaceful and clean village close to a dam lake and on the bank of the Arda river in the south-eastern part of Bulgaria, Haskovo region. The nearest town is Ivaylovgrad and the distance is 20 km approximately. You can reach the International Airport in Burgas as well as the Black Sea coast situated 155 km from the village. The ‘Ivaylovgrad ‘dam lake is the longest one in Bulgaria which you can find 10 km west from the beautiful village.

The surrounding region is amazingly illustrious due to the proximity to the Rhodope Mountains and here you can enjoy a wide range of open-air activities like fishing, hunting, picnicking and this is the right place for excellent recreation! You can also go sightseeing in the village. In 2006, the Hristo Cholakov Historical Museum was founded and it is known as the museum for the refugees from Anatolia and from Aegean Thrace. It is the embodiment of the way of life, the traditions and the tools of the local people dating back from the time this village was established. The surrounding area is distinguished for amazing biodiversity and plenty of mineral springs! It is a marvellous vacation place but it is also perfect for permanent living!
