The charming rural house is situated in a truly picturesque village in Northwestern Bulgaria. It is a pretty and sunny settlement in Montana region. The inhabited place is disposed approximately 30 km from Montana, the regional city; 68 km from another regional city – Vratsa; 23 km from the riverside town of Lom and from the Danube River, respectively.

The Bulgarian capital city of Sofia where the nearest airport is located, stands 140 km and the airport itself is situated some 180 km away from the village. Due to the presence of many artificial lakes, Montana region is great for fishing, camping and relaxation outdoors.

One interesting fact about the village is that, a silver treasure was found exactly in the area of this village in 1970. It dates back to the second century BC. In the settlement there is a beautiful church, as well. As a whole, the village near Montana is suitable for holidays and weekends but several essential amenities are offered in it: food shops, postal services and bus lines.

I can only reiterate what many have said before. I bought a house sight unseen and only had photos to work with. Kunka (Kiki) provided many additional photos and a video upon request. She has the patience of a saint when dealing with a never-ending barrage of questions. The purchase was completed within the specified timeframe (the first Brexit date) without any problems and Kiki is now helping me arrange for renovation work. I had to use a Power of Attorney to undertake the purchase and despite having to make an unexpected trip to Hanoi to notarize documents, all went smoothly. I would therefore recommend Kiki and her company without reservation and most likely will use her services again at a future date.
