The village house represents house with garden of 1200 sq.m land and a farm building The house consists of two rooms with a corridor. Attached summer kitchen with one room, corridor and a storage place and next to it ( external)bathroom and toilet. The house is supplied with electricity and running water. It has a septic tank, but the village has a sewages system so it can be connected to it as well. The property is in livable condition, but needs modernization.
The farm building is pretty good and can be converted into a guest house and also connected with the main house during some renovation works.
It has a water well for irrigation the garden. Additional in the garden there was a storage place which is almost demolished now and another farm building.

Probably the best estate agent in Bulgaria. As a recently married couple looking to give up the grind of 8-6 mon-fri rat-race lifestyle... but without enough money to actually do so at home in the UK. We have always been adventurous, but after watching the series ‘Ben Fogle: New Lives in the Wild’, the idea of just quitting our jobs and moving away to start something completely new, suddenly seemed very doable.
