Old rural property with house, garage, barn and plot of land located in a big village near river 60 km away from Vratsa, Bulgaria. The property is situated in a quiet side street near the outskirts of the village but also within about five minutes walking distance from the center of the settlement, shops, bus stop, café-bars, park. The house has one floor and consists of corridor, two bedrooms, common room, living room, kitchenette and bathroom with toilet. The owners had started some minor refurbishment in the place but have not done much and the house definitely needs attention and renovations. Not far away from the main building is the barn which can also serve as second garage, shed or can be transformed into additional living area as there are already a corridor and one room here. The main garage is located also not far away from the house but on the other side of it. It has direct access to the street and has a pit so one can do work on the car at any time. I can honestly say that Kiki made the house buying experience in Bulgaria wonderful from start to finish. Because of Covid, we were unable to visit the property (which we bought one year prior to being able to visit it).
