We offer for sale this village Bulgarian property situated in a village 50km from Plovdiv city and 20 km from Chirpan town. The property consists of two houses and 3 000 sq.m garden with farm building as well.
First house consists of : 1st floor basement with two big premises ( under the whole upper floor)
2nd floor has three rooms and a big corridor. One of the rooms is small one but suitable to be converted into bathroom with toilet. Attached to the house is another premise that is in usable place too- in living condition.
The house is stone built one on first floor and brick built one on 2nd floor.
Just in front of the main house about 10 meters distance is the other property that comes with an area of 70 sq.m. It consists of one room, bathroom/toilet, corridor and a storage place that can be converted into livable place too. Recently owners are living in that house and use this place for storage the woods.
