Kipra is a village in north-eastern Bulgaria, part of Devnya municipality, Varna district. It is located 35 km from the city of Varna, 7 km northeast of the city of Devnia and 9 km southeast of the city of Suvorovo. The curious thing is that there is only one way in and out of the village.
general information

A picturesque village hidden in the mountains, located in the forested skirts of the Frangen plateau, on the slope of the Devne lowland. Climate - temperate-continental, softened by the proximity of the Black Sea. Spring is sunny, summer is cool, autumn is warm, and winter is mild. The population numbers about 500 people. Altitude - 120 m.

infrastructure
In the village there is a community center with a library and a cinema hall. The school in the village was built in 1890, but is currently not functioning. The nearest school is located in the town of Devnya. There is also a town hall, a post office, an Orthodox church, grocery stores, and a cafe.
Regular /several times a day/ bus transport connects Cyprus with the town of Devnia and the town of Suvorovo, from where there is
bus connections with the city of Varna.
Residents of the village have the opportunity to take advantage of all modern communications: Internet access, coverage of mobile networks of four mobile operators, two cable TVs, automatic telephone exchange.
In and around the village there are numerous fountains from which crystal clear spring water flows.
economy
There are two agricultural cooperatives in the village, which cultivate the fertile land with modern equipment. They employ over 20 mechanics and specialists. Most of the young residents of Cyprus, as in the past, work in Varna and Devnia. About a dozen people earn their living in the detergent workshop.
tourism
For years, the village has been celebrated as the cleanest in the area. Cypriots themselves maintain the gardens on the streets. It is the mayor's duty to take care of the roses. Over the past decade, many residents of the maritime capital have bought property in Cyprus. Several English families have bought properties in the village. Most of the old houses have been repaired and restored.
The municipality of Devnya has the prerequisites for the development of tourism, although more limited compared to the traditional tourist areas in Bulgaria. The available resources are a prerequisite for the development mainly of: cultural and rural tourism.
landmarks

I first found this company on the internet and found the site really easy to understand and gave me alot of information! I arranged to go over for a viewing trip in November 2010 with a friend as my husband couldnt make it. We were pick up from sofia airport. over the next 5days we went from one end of Bulgaria to the other covering over 1600km (Bulgaria is Beautiful)Each night we stayed in a different hotel, which was checked every time to see if it was to our liking! They even took us to a chemist to get us something for our coughs!!! Dont think an English Estate agent would of done that!! We were looked after the WHOLE time and they answered all of my questions, some times over and over again!! They have helped with paperwork and accounts which have to be set up! NOTHING was tooo much trouble for these lovley, lovely people and im buying with confidence! I would gladly recomend this hardworking, trustworthy, friendly company! We not only met Estate Agents over there, we also made our first Bulgarian friends :)Thank you kiki and Hristo. Maxine Wood.
