We offer for sale this cozy Bulgarian house situated in a village in Targovishte region that stands only 6 km away from Popovo , 156 km away from Varna sea beach and the airport.
The house is old one and needs renovation work. But it is presented in a stable condition. You can live in while some renovation work is in progress. The property is supplied with electricity and running water. It has living area of around 100 sq.m. and has two floors. First ( ground floor ) that consist of two rooms, a corridor and a basement. When you enter the ground floor just in front of you is the corridor. On the left side is the basement where the water is connected as well.
