Solid villa with big plot of land and quiet location in a forest area about 20 minutes away from the center of the City of Vratsa, Bulgaria. The property consists of main building with two floors, storage shack and land. The villa has external metal staircase connecting the ground floor and the second level. Downstairs one goes onto a porch which leads into a corridor and two rooms. The second floor has a terrace with nice views towards the surrounding area and the plot of land. From here again you enter into a corridor which provides access to two bedrooms. Currently the villa does not have a bathroom but one can be fitted at the bottom of the corridor on each of the floors. The porch and the terrace can be sealed thus providing additional living space, preserving the nice views and at the same time turning the existing external stairs into internal. The property has its own water supply – a fresh water well. An additional system for irrigation of a garden can be installed in order to use the rainwater. The villa and the storage shack also have running electricity which is switched off at the moment for safety reasons. The property is located in a forest villa zone and there are a few properties around but most of them are empty or used only seasonally. The property can be reached with a higher vehicle but a 4x4 is required in the winter or in a rainy season as part of the road leading to the place is a dirt track.
