An old Bulgarian house for sale with big farm building and a plot of land located in a village some 27km away from Vratsa city and 137km from Sofia capital and international airport. Nearest town is Krivodol- only 7km away.
The house that we present to your attention has total area of 1430sq.m from which 1132 sq.m is the garden and 298sq.m is the area of the buildings. House has living area of 136sq.m.
The house has two floors and consists of three rooms and a corridor on each floor. Internal staircase leads to the second floor. The house has solid foundation which is stone built up. It was built in 1964.
