My wife and have known for a long time that we would retire in Bulgaria. It took us a long time researching estate agents until we finally narrowed it down and decided to go with Bulgarianhouse.com. We worked mainly with Kunka Boneva or Kiki as she prefers to be called and her colleague Biser. I can honestly say the the prices she quoted for her services during our viewing day, we in fact the prices we paid. Before I went to Bulgaria I thoroughly did my background checks, I met with a couple of agents from other companies and felt uncomfortable with them, they sent me to view properties on my own. However going on other recommendations I found Bulgarian house, more importantly Kiki, explained everything perfectly and made us feel at ease straight away. We purchased 2 properties there and then and soon added a third, we're not finished yet. Professional, courteous, and a good sense of humor too. Helped with everything along the way and pointed out potential pitfalls etc, can't praise highly enough, they say the people make Bulgaria, then look no further, absolutely 100% recommend.

Kiki was the most helpful person when I was buying the property. She answered promptly every question, she helped with solicitor and translator, explained everything we asked for. She is very professional and same time very friendly and understanding. I would highly recommend her and Bulgarianhouse.

Buying the house through Kiki was easy, she answered all the questions and kept us informed from our very first enquiry. I typically do not write a review for anything or anyone, but the outstanding service I received from our Real Estate Agent -Kunka Boneva mostly called Kiki it is an exception. Her Company BULGARIAN HOUSE LTD deserved more stars. Kiki put quality over quantity when it came to helping me and my family and we secure a home. What I mean by quality is i was not just a “number” to her, she genuinely cared to get to know me and familiarize herself with what i was comfortable with when purchasing a home. Kiki was 100% professional at all times, patient with my asks, and knew each one step from the reservation contract, preliminary contract, setting up a company , finalizing the deal and now on going with their aftersales services! She is a valuable asset to your company and me personaly greatly appreciate everything she did for me and my familly. Thanks again Kiki!

Probably the best estate agent in Bulgaria. As a recently married couple looking to give up the grind of 8-6 mon-fri rat-race lifestyle... but without enough money to actually do so at home in the UK. We have always been adventurous, but after watching the series ‘Ben Fogle: New Lives in the Wild’, the idea of just quitting our jobs and moving away to start something completely new, suddenly seemed very doable. We turned to the internet for answers and based on the budget we had and the lifestyle/climate we were looking for, Bulgaria seemed to be the place for us. So after hours of trawling through websites, and countless emails back and forth with various estate agents throughout Bulgaria, it quickly became apparent that there is a lot of choices out there and ‘viewing trip’ was in order to see it for ourselves. We booked some tickets and flew over to see how it could be possible to buy a whole house for less than your standard deposit back home. In order to view some of these properties, in the beginning, we were in talks with a number of different agents and even a lawyer!, but the only person who actually seemed to care about helping us find our dream home that was right for us (and not about taking our money), was a lady called Kiki from BulgarianHouse.com. So after coming home, now with a better understanding of what your money can buy, the different things to look out for and the vastly different regions of the country, we asked Kiki to assist us with our search. With this newfound knowledge and her help, we quickly condensed a list of 30 potentials down to just 2, and then after Kiki did some investigation into the legal side of both the properties, we made our choice. When it comes to customer service, she helped us every step of the way, from suggesting houses that offered what we were looking for to guiding us through the legal process and completing the sale. She has consistently delivered on her promises and has always been just a phone call or message away - Which actually helped alleviate a lot of the possible anxiety linked to buying a house in another country… Not to mention choosing to do right in the middle of the Brexit negotiations. To be honest, the whole process has been a breeze with her help and I would certainly recommend her and BulgarianHouse.com to anyone who is looking to do the same.
