My wife and I have just returned from a 4 day viewing trip. We can honestly say that "Bulgarian House" and specially the team: Kiki & Histo did everything that could have been expected of them. We were met at the airport, taken to view the properties we requested, and also some we had not, but was very apprpriate to us. This turned out to be very good news as we saw the property that made the whole trip worthwhile. In finalising the paperwork, we were again impressed by the professionalism of the staff.They prepared all kind of documents and now we are happy owners of a Bulgarian house in Near Kazanlak. We want to thank Kunka and Hristo from Bulgarian house,for the help we received from you.Helpful with an engagement out of the ordenary, witout your support it would have been very difficult to buy a property in Bulgaria. Not only help for purchasing the house, but also to start a business and all extra paperwork that it entails. You have also provided answers to all kind of questions including those relating to history of Bulgaria and to live there.You also help us in small matters too and allways with a smile. We would like to say a big THANKS to Kunka & Hristo from Bulgarian House team. You've been a great help to us, not only with the things involved with buying a house in Bulgaria, setting up a company and all the paperwork ect, but also when we've had other questions relating to life in general in Bulgaria we had no one else to ask but Kunka,. She's gone above & beyond her role as an estate agent, she must have bent over backwards to be as helpful as she possibly can & has kept us well informed every step of the way with regards to the sale. Compared with other Bulgarian property agencies both in the UK and in Bulgaria , this one is light years ahead in terms of customer experience , and most importantly , as my dialogue developed with kunka , it became very clear that she is a genuine and trustworthy individual who cares about her customers and the choices they make . I thoroughly enjoyed my trip to Bulgaria. I saw most of the houses that I would consider buying and I will be getting periodic updates of new properties as they become available. I would recommend the company to other investors.
