When we started our journey to buy a property in Bulgaria post Brexit I was told by a friend, trust Kiki, she can sort it. Well she did, we are now the proud owners of our dream home in Bulgaria. We currently live in the UK and will be emigrating as soon as we can get our visa sorted, hopefully early next year. From the start Kiki has supported and assisted us throughout,  from the initial agreement to purchase, sorting the notary and personally assisting us with opening a bank account (which in itself is no mean feat) Kiki managed it all. No words can do justice to how professional and helpful she is, I cannot recommend her highly enough and can only promise you, Kiki can sort it.

Kunka is very very professional , polite , honest and helpful,,, I was about to buy a rural property in Bulgaria few months ago, and paid 1000$ , but an accident happened to my car and had to return my money back to contribute in repairs,, she politely returned them back on time,, but nearly I will buy from her Regards Mahmoud

I can honestly say that Kiki made the house buying experience in Bulgaria wonderful from start to finish. Because of Covid, we were unable to visit the property (which we bought one year prior to being able to visit it). Kiki faithfully sent photos, videos, arranged insurance, organised all legal matters, her husband even helped fix our shower! When the time came that we were able to come to Bulgaria Kiki and her partner drove out to visit it with us and even helped us meet the neighbour. There is no way that we would have gotten such a personalised and 'above and beyond' service in the uk. For anyone considering buying in Bulgaria, this is the company to go for, she will get you the best deal and help you every step of the way, you won't regret choosing Bulgarian House.

100% recommend Kiki from Bulgarian House for buying a property in Bulgaria. Absolutely no problems from start to finish, she is professional and kind, helped us with a number of questions we had. Everything was carefully explained in detail. Now we have a wonderful house in rural Bulgaria. When I travelled over to sign the paperwork Kiki was so helpful, she arranged every detail including booking a nearby hotel for me. I would give Kiki’s details to anyone wishing to buy over here.
