Wir haben dieses Jahr ein Haus gekauft, was uns Kiki vermittelt hat. Wir sind sehr zufrieden mit ihrer Arbeit. Sie geht auf die Wünsche ihrer Kunden ein und hilft wo sie kann um Kunden die Traum Immobilie zu finden. Wenn man nicht vor Ort sein kann, ist dies nicht schlimm. Da wird eine Vollmacht erstellt, womit sie vor Ort handeln kann. Sie Kümmern sich auf Wunsch um alles Z.b. auch Strom und Wasser anmelden. Sie und ihre Kollegen sind freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sehr zu empfehlen ????

Highly recommend this company and big thanks to Kiki. We’ve looked at many houses and finally found exactly what we were looking for. Kiki was very patient with us, showing us many places on the same day and made the whole process easy for us. She shared a lot of details which we found super helpful being first time buyers in Bulgaria. She has a lot of knowledge of the areas/neighbourhoods and can advise you accordingly depending on what you’re after. Aww our Kiki!! This lady is smart , efficient, knowledgeable with a big heart ??. I took my two children on holiday travelling Bulgaria and we went house hunting on one of the days which was super fun!! Kiki and her friend were amazing with the kids getting them involved and us 3 picked a lovely little old farm in a lovely village. The thing that stands out about Kiki is she is not pushy. She will not sell you to profit herself but wants you to take your time to find the best option for you. She is a kind soul and I won’t buy from anybody else a little. Happy house hunting guys - the value for money over there is absolutely amazing, the people are so friendly, the food and drink is great and some of the scenery is breathtaking ?? . Thanks again for all you’ve done with our little house /kushta xx

Kiki was so helpful from start to finish with selling our apartment. She was always punctual, reliable & helpful. First, want to thanks Kiki to made our transaction possible , even there was some small issue , but she is very helpfully and very kind and understanding.This is the reason why i choose her in the first place , because she was the only who respond to my e-mail fast and she gave me a lot of answers from the beginning(to note that i contact many agency in Bulgaria).Anyway , i am glad i choose her and everything end up well.I recommend her with all my heart.If you want somebody to really care about your needs and always there to help , choose Kiki. The first thing I want to say is, thank you Kiki for all you have done. The first time we spoke to Kiki we felt right at ease. Because we didn' t know how or when we were going to be in Bulgaria we didn't let her know. So when we got there we contacted Kiki. Because we were only there for a week we didn't have much time. She immediatly made sure we could visit a house the same day. She called us crazy because it was 400 km from varna were we stayed. But we went. She could not be there with us because it was such short notice, but the next day she was. Kiki cleared her calender to make sure we could look at some other houses with her. Besides the fact she showed us some good houses we also had a lot of fun. When we went to see the last one it was bingo. So we would buy the house. Kiki made sure a paper work was oke before we left back to Belgium. Now not even a month later we can call ourselfes the proud owners of a house in Bulgaria. What Kiki did for us was amazing. Everything went smoothly without any problems. She is a hardworking woman,(sometimes to hard working), she makes sure everything goes smoothly. And besides that she is a great person. We know we have a new friend for life. When we buy our next house it will be with Kiki. So again Kiki thank you, you are amazing
