This was our first experience of buying a property abroad, and The whole process was managed and controlled by KiKi, due to Covid 19 we were unable to travel to Bulgaria to sign and complete the documentation, however we were guided through the legalisation process and purchasing using Kiki as our power of attorney, Everything was smooth and faultless, very happy with the service we received and the property, can’t wait to get to bulgaria to see our forever home project. I’d like to say in all honesty you’ll never get a more hard working kind, patient and hard working agent than Kiki and her team of course she really went out of her way way beyond her commission. I have a head injury that makes me a difficult person to deal with at times but she stuck with me though it all. Now I own a beautiful house and am in the process of buying another and plant to buy many more. This is definitely the best real estate agency in Bulgaria and I would highly recommend it to everyone. Kiki will allways mean a lot to me truly the most remarkable woman

Any one wants to buy a property from Bulgaria he/she should contact the amazing lady called Kunka(Kiki), she is not just an estate agent but she goes beyond that from explaining all the small steps to the complicated ones, she is trying to do her best to make feel confortable about your choices and she offers plenty of choices and also she has reliable and trustworthy solicitors which she works jointly with them in order to make sure that your purchase is in the safe hands and not compromisin. Kunka is very patient lady who is trying listen and to answer to any questions you may have and also she will give the best advice which will suit your demand. Remember that if you are buying a property abroad so you need a professional, trustworthy who knows the local complicated bureaucracy and she will help you through it from point A to Z. Kunka doesn't stop only in helping you to buy a property but she does more than that she is willing to drive you around and pick you up from your hotel and shows you around. She will make everything easy for you from contacting a solicitor to notary registration. Kiki is by far the BEST realtor we have ever worked with My husband & I have moved few times in the last 30 years. Obviously, we've dealt with many realtors both on the buying and selling side. Probably the best estate agent in Bulgaria. As a recently married couple looking to give up the grind of 8-6 mon-fri rat-race lifestyle... but without enough money to actually do so at home in the UK. We have always been adventurous, but after watching the series ‘Ben Fogle: New Lives in the Wild’, the idea of just quitting our jobs and moving away to start something completely new, suddenly seemed very doable. We turned to the internet for answers and based on the budget we had and the lifestyle/climate we were looking for, Bulgaria seemed to be the place for us. So after hours of trawling through websites, and countless emails back and forth with various estate agents throughout Bulgaria, it quickly became apparent that there is a lot of choices out there and ‘viewing trip’ was in order to see it for ourselves. We booked some tickets and flew over to see how it could be possible to buy a whole house for less than your standard deposit back home. In order to view some of these properties, in the beginning, we were in talks with a number of different agents and even a lawyer!, but the only person who actually seemed to care about helping us find our dream home that was right for us (and not about taking our money), was a lady called Kiki from BulgarianHouse.com. So after coming home, now with a better understanding of what your money can buy, the different things to look out for and the vastly different regions of the country, we asked Kiki to assist us with our search. With this newfound knowledge and her help, we quickly condensed a list of 30 potentials down to just 2, and then after Kiki did some investigation into the legal side of both the properties, we made our choice. When it comes to customer service, she helped us every step of the way, from suggesting houses that offered what we were looking for to guiding us through the legal process and completing the sale. She has consistently delivered on her promises and has always been just a phone call or message away - Which actually helped alleviate a lot of the possible anxiety linked to buying a house in another country… Not to mention choosing to do right in the middle of the Brexit negotiations. To be honest, the whole process has been a breeze with her help and I would certainly recommend her and BulgarianHouse.com to anyone who is looking to do the same.
